CANCELLATIONS:

Verve has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We will assess a fee for missed appointments.

You can fill out paperwork ahead of your appointment.

FACILITIES:

Our facility is located at 916 West Morgan Street. We have our own parking lot in the rear of the building. The main entrance is also at the rear of the building. We have overflow parking in the Irregardless lot and street parking is available. Please do not park in the parking lot of the house/attorney next door. Also of note, our massage and pilates are located on the second floor. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please bring previous applicable medical records to your first appointment including discs with imaging. We are also happy to collaborate with your other providers to offer you the absolute best care.
